Eligibility (18+ Only)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VROX Network.
By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
One Account Per Person: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts or using "cloning" apps. Any user found operating multiple accounts to manipulate mining rewards will be permanently banned.

VROX Mining & Rewards
Not a Financial Investment: VROX is currently a digital asset within the VROX Network ecosystem. It does not have a guaranteed market value and is not a "security" or "investment product" at this stage.
Mining Mechanics: Mining rewards are distributed based on active sessions (24-hour cycles). These rates are subject to change as the community grows (Halving events).
No Guarantees: VROX Network does not guarantee that VROX will be listed on external exchanges or that it will maintain a specific price in the future.

Prohibited Activities
Users agree NOT to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to simulate mining.
- Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer the VROX Network app.
- Use the referral system to create fake/ghost accounts.
- Use the app for any illegal activities or money laundering.

Account Termination
VROX Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate any part of these Terms.
- Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity.
- You use abusive language or engage in harassment within the community.

Limitation of Liability
VROX Network is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or mined coins due to technical failures, device loss, or hacking.
- Changes in the value of VROX or the inability to withdraw/exchange coins.
- Temporary app downtime or maintenance.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
